Some people can’t fall apart in front of the people around them. Executives, artists, founders, law enforcement, clergy, public figures when your role depends on being composed, capable, or above reproach, there’s often nowhere to set that down. The image has to hold even when you don’t.
I understand that pressure: the cost of constant visibility, the gap between the public self and the private one, the loneliness of being needed by everyone and known by no one. In here, none of that has to be managed. You don’t have to protect your image, reassure me, or be the strong one.
The work itself is the same depth-oriented therapy I do with everyone, trauma, relationships, grief, the patterns underneath. What changes is the care around it: discretion, boundaries, and an understanding of what’s at stake when your private life isn’t entirely private. Additional confidentiality needs can be discussed during consultation.
Rate: By service (individual or couples rates apply). Private pay. Additional arrangements can be discussed in consultation.
