You know the model. You can name the defense, the transference, the cycle. None of that makes you exempt from being human and it can quietly make it harder to let someone work with you, because part of you is always also watching the work.
I offer a space where you can put the clinician down. With me you don’t have to translate, simplify, or manage the frame. You can use the language you actually think in, and you can also stop performing competence and say the things you don’t say to colleagues, supervisors, or your own clients.
My orientation is psychodynamic and relational, integrating EFT, EMDR, parts work, and object relations. I’ve done long-term depth work of my own, and I take confidentiality between clinicians seriously. This is your therapy, not consultation, not supervision.
